Loan Processor 

This position involves cultivating relationships with referral partners, clients, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to drive new business. Responsibilities include guiding real estate loan applications, analyzing and reviewing documentation, and providing support throughout the process. We seek a self-starting candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Review loan applications and documentation, verifying borrower information.
     

  • Order necessary documents and prepare loan files for underwriter review.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between clients, managers, loan officers, and underwriters.

​

  • Facilitate timely and budget-conscious loan closings.

​

  • Provide administrative support and book appointments as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience.

​

  • Profound knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, including FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs.

​

  • Familiarity with loan origination software and automated underwriting systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

​

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.

​

  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve potential issues.
