What You’ll Do

  • Generate mortgage loan leads through referrals, networking, and marketing.

  • Assess borrower eligibility, analyze financial information, and educate borrowers on loan options.

  • Assist with applications, documentation, and underwriting.

  • Determine creditworthiness and present tailored options.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth loan processing.

  • Stay updated on mortgage guidelines and industry trends.

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.

  • Achieve sales targets and production goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven mortgage or sales experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and regulations.

  • Strong sales and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with loan software and CRM tools.

  • Adherence to ethical practices and confidentiality.

  • Mortgage loan originator (MLO) license or related certification is required
